Used Product For: Less than a month
Out of about 15 files, this software failed to process any of them. It either errored out with various error messages or, on the few occasions that it did process the file, the audio was out of sync. This was mostly with h264 .ts files and h264 .mkv files. For me, a waste of money.

A fool and their money are soon parted.
If you didn't test it through the program's free trial mode before you bought it, you have only yourself to blame.
Particularly when you expect to toss such esoteric files at it.
