This program is a joke isn't it?

Where is the customization of which caches and logs you want cleared?

Not only does this program lack any control but lacks anything other free alternatives can do better!

Sorry but even if St. Andrews Software paid me $20, I wouldn't use this garbage.

Its too bad the ratings can't be set lower, this program is a dismal failure.

Is this a lame joke? - AndrewsSoft

Your comments make no sense.

This program does exactly what it says it is going to do. If you or others want more features, kindly request them. This is version 1.

I have a sneeking suspicion that you are another developer that has nothing more to do that to crap on other software before you even try it.

I'm still looking for your software on this site. Should you point us to your software so we can take a peek?

Mac HelpMate - superball

Mac HelpMate to name one. Does a lot more than this for free and without the heavy bloat and has a more consistent interface. Tech support is cordial, unlike St. Andrews (look at their responses to VT comments on their products and you'll get the picture of what to expect from them). Looks like they're already making aliases to tack on 5-star ratings.

What a retard. MacHelpMate?

Please go to Mac HelpMate's site. The cost is $600 per year. I use Mac HelpMate, it is another take on ARD.

Keep the laughs coming superballer. Really, this is pretty funny.

Also, your negative comments don't seem to keep people away from St. Andrews. Lots of people keep coming through the door.

Ha!

To be fair to Mac HelpMate, the fee is for enterprise level additional features if you would have bothered to try the software and read up on it. I use it for free and it does everything yours does. It's a fair question to ask what makes yours better and worth the cost. It's how business works.

I keep replying because I'm amazed at your gaul and I and other VTers are learning more about who you are with each reply you give. I'm glad people are walking through your "door". I just hope you're treating them with more respect than you show in your responses here to VTers. It will all come out in time and either my words will ring true or will be long forgotten and irrelevant. Your words count here more than mine and I believe you would have came out in a better light had you just ignored them.

Well, there you go again. Lying, MacHelpMate does none of this. You must work for them...

Ignore your comments, please. When you bash my company's software you expect us to not respond. You really are an idiot.

Again, why do you care how we treat anybody? Our customers love us and we are selling lots of software. Our tools are needed.

So, go ahead...continue to spread lies. We will respond.
