The software works- but for the money you can get better. I would try TeamViewer first to see if that doesn't answer your needs.

Also, Netopia is doing it all wrong. Charge your fee for the product but end it there. Cost for this and cost for that will sink your boat. Value added will mean free support of your product for all items in the future- get on board and you'll be guaranteed a place in the enterprise- We stopped doing business with you because of the fees involved.
