There is a PPC version too - Sorin Paliga

Correct, this - just like previous beta build - also has PPC version, which does not seem to run worse than its intel version (as I may compare with my 1.67 PB v. 2 ghz MB).
From unknown reasons, developers refer to intel version only, but PPC version may be indeed downloaded as well, if yiu know to dig deeper into their download area.
