I don't understand why a printer driver (even for several models) have to be a download almost 1/2GB large!

I agree that this is one HUGE file for a printer driver! From what I have read on other posts here I guess drivers are included for all of the various HP printers, and there are sure lots of models, so what we end up with is a very bloated install.I think I'm gooing to take a pass on this one. Surely HP can do better than this.
