I've been impatiently waiting for this updater since last Thursday morning when it was "supposed" to come out. It has finally arrived.
The updater runs through your system (Leopard only) and changes all .Mac references and the like to MobileMe. After the update, you'll be sent to a page that walks you through a few additional steps (you need to re-sync to MobileMe and activate "push" for your MobileMe account on the iPhone or iPod Touch). Here is the link:
http://www.apple.com/mobileme/setup/
The push feature is working great on both my iPhone and my girlfriend's iPod Touch. I don't use more than one computer, so I can't speak to the sync features for multiple computers, but the over-the-air sync to my iPhone is working great.

Update available via .Mac tab in System Preferences.
