Suddenly I am seeing advertising banners in this application! I did not authorise this, I did not ask for this, I do not want this. Pretty sneaky! I donated to use the product some time ago. Somewhat unimpressed by this development!

I was also a little surprised to see the ads pop up the first time I fired up 3.1.1. Certainly you can't complain if you haven't donated, but it does seem like those who have donated, including the op and myself, might be able to make an argument that they should be able to turn off the ads. On the other hand, I wouldn't press Mike to offer that option if it would have a serious impact on his ad revenues. CCC is a truly invaluable tool and Mike's been developing it for years for what I presume is peanuts.Reply to This
