Does anyone have a phone number for customer service to renew a VersionTracker Pro subscription?
Despite the barrage of VersionTracker app popups and an email from “the Team” telling me my subscription is about to expire, the online interface for doing so is unclear. For several days, I sent emails requesting clarification, but got no response.
While I like VersionTracker app, the lack of customer support will soon make it useless. I am amazed that management makes it so difficult to purchase subscriptions or respond to email requests for assistance.

Help with Subscription Renewal Needed - Robert Welch
Thanks, astat. I decided to flood VT with emails, all with the same message, to every VT address I could guess. Finally, after several more days of receiving the pop up reminder whenever I ran VT app, someone did respond telling me that my payment had been completed automatically and the problem had something to do with a transition (or was it “migration”) to a new billing system.I don’t like the new management’s efforts to appear “corporate” by presenting a web support interface that is impossible to access and customer support that is so difficult to contact. The bureaucratically rosy message I finally received was signed by “your friends at the VersionTracker Team.” That pretty much sums it all up, as I see it.
My real friends give me their phone numbers.

Response to Robert,
I finally found the following comments under FAQs but now I can't find the link to lead you to it! Sorry about that. Anyway, it was a live link worded something like "Renewing Service Subscriptions" (just below a reference to billing) and when I clicked on it, the information between the >>>'s below, came up.
I was in the same position, having e-Mailed VT twice with no response to date. I had just gotten notified that my subscription would expire in 3 weeks but the e-Mail had no renewal link. Hope this answers your question.

Renewing service subscriptions.
Answer
If you previously purchased by credit card, and your credit card does not expire within the next 12 months, our convenient auto-rebill feature will automatically charge your credit card and renew your annual subscription when your current subscription expires. However, if your credit card is nearing expiration, has expired, or if we encounter errors during rebilling, you will need to either wait until your account has expired, or make arrangements with our support team to use new billing information.
If your subscription has already expired, you can start here to begin another purchase:
Purchase a Subscription.
If you are a returning subscriber, we sincerely apologize that we will no longer be able to allow you to renew your services early. We are in the middle of migrating to a new payment platform, and though we cannot currently offer this mid-transition, we are working hard to give you the ability to view and edit your billing information so that you may prevent interruptions in your service.
If you require further assistance, or have concerns about these changes, please feel free to contact our support team via the "Email Support" tab on this site
