After a move from Tiger to Leopard I had to change the hard drive to store the voice recordings on - after re-configuring Phlink to use the new path to the recordings folder new recordings go in there pretty well but I can't play the old recordings anymore from within Phlink. :-(
I contacted support on 16th of June and send a reminder every few days - no answer (not even a "we could reproduce the problem and are working on it") till today (5th of July).
It's is a shame to treat your paying customers like this!

I agree,with the introduction of Leopard we had to buy an expensive upgrade wich then proved to be very bugy.
At least they could provide some feedback.
