Hello,

hm ... the Euro sign will not be displayed correctly under Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.15.
In Firefox 3.0, the Euro sign looks fine.

Since many users are still using Firefox 2.x.x.x, I would appreciate
if prior versions of Firefox 3.0 would display the Euro sign correctly.

Problem with Euro signs and prior versions of Firefox 3.0 - eccparis

actually the Euro sign shows up fine in Firefox 2.0.0.15. I think the problem is the page design at the website for which you provided a link. Please check out this link where the € shows up just fine in Firefox 2.0.0.15 on my MacBook.

Problem with Euro signs and prior versions of Firefox 3.0 - mediaVinci

Hello,

I do not understand the cause for this problem. The web page uses a pre-installed Mac OS X system font named "Cochin" (Fontface italic).

The Euro sign does not appear on my PowerBook G4 running Firefox 2.0.0.1.6. Safari on the other hand is displaying the Euro sign correctly.

The web page also works fine in Firefox 3.0.

Hmm ...

graphically & sincerely,

Marc Klein
