This software is somewhat helpful if you to lazy to log in to PayPal and for $10 it might be worth while but $25 for something you can as easy achieve by logging in to PayPal is a bit of a joke.
You unfortunately also can't really use it to reconcile the paypal account as it takes not in to account the statements.
