Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: NO

Why M$ cannot write decent software is beyond me. All it takes is a few minutes of testing to make sure things work properly - but I guess since Billy wants to save the world he needs YOUR (and my) money more than a software QC department. This business of having to reinstall the software - AND reboot AND run repair permissions even though NO changes were made is just stupid.

Do I have to to do this for EVERY update? I have to pay $49 to be told that? I have to pay $49 to complain about it?

At least the "update" is free. Less my time for the reinstall and v12.1 update just to install the 12.1.1 update. Where do I send the bill?

I agree this is wrong. It is poor quality when one must uninstall, then reinstall, and then have to reconfigure the Entourage email program, for one..just to get an UPDATE! I thought this was the 21st century. I thought Microsoft was a big software maker.
