Why oh why doesn't this developer "take five" from their endless obsession with bringing out a new version every other week and just use the time (a handful of hours max) fixing their site to make upgrading easy, rather than alienate all us paying customers? And according to their advertising claims, if Parallels is the biggest selling Mac application this means MILLIONS of people getting pissed off!
After visiting their update page it asks me for the email address I used to register the product -- and when I type that in it says: "email <what I entered> is not found". Just like the last time I tried, as I recall...
What's so difficult about just putting the latest updater on their site in plain view and letting customers download the damn thing? From now on, I'll just go pirate my "updates" rather than trying (in vain) to jump through all their f***ing hoops. Believe me, trying to do things the right way with this mob is a textbook example of honesty NOT paying!
