Installation?

Feedback Type:  Commentary

Contributed by: rapope--2008 Monday, June 30 2008 @ 09:25 AM PDT

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

The installer didn't run to completion, as it said I needed administrator level access to install the product. I _have_ administrator access. I wasn't prompted to enter my administrator credentials.

I also attempted to launch the installer using Pseudo, and I _still_ received the message. I was prompted twice for my credentials, and the the installer quit.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Thanks,

Rocky

Installation? - backupgeek

I believe rocky resolved this issue with a system restart.

Installation? - kariba681

Have the same problem here. Access denied error due to insufficient privileges. I am the admin and have never had this problem during other installations

Installation -- Successful - rapope--2008

My issue with installation was solved by a system reboot. The install completed successfully after the reboot.
