It kind of fell apart today - Turkey won on penalties - but the score was not 3-1 (the penalty score) the score was 1-1 - if you put in 1-1 however then the semi final slot doesn't fill in - moreover the stats page shows Turkey have scored 8 goals overall - not true they scored 6. So a tweak needs to be put in for penalty deciders.
