I have Mac Pro with 10.5.2 and using Eudora 6.2.4.
I wish the team would continue to create this
fine email app. It's streamlined, easy to use, no
extra bells and whistles that aren't needed.
I discovered you have to shut off the Eudora sounds
for it and substitute mac sounds--and no problems.

Using Eudora 6.2.4 - works fine! - Ghanima--2008
If only I *could* use my existing Eudora 6.2.4 on OS 10.5! It invariably fails on launch, showing error message as follows: "Eudora cannot continue. - The operation failed; there was not enough memory. -8738 {12:166} Quit Now" This makes no sense to me, since my new laptop has several times as much memory as my old one did. I presume the problem has to do with upgrading from 10.4 to 10.5. Anybody know anything that will fix this? I'm now using Thunderbird, and severely missing Eudora's many features. I don't even know where to start trying to get help. The messages boards I've looked at are useless, spam-filled, and irrelevant.Help please!
