VH is an excellent software to convert any videos files.
I wish I could choose which portion of a video I want to convert, from 2.31mn to 4.55mn for example.
It should be a nice feature for a future release.
Please, do it.

Thats already possible... - spiffyguy

If you hit the advanced button then look under the "Advanced FFMPEG Flags" If you hit the blue down arrow on the right, you'll see something like "Start encoding n seconds into the video file," choose that and then it will turn into: "-ss n" All you do after that is change n to how many seconds you want to start into it... So if you wanted to convert 4 minutes into it you put "-ss 240"

I know it may not be the simplest way of doing it but it is possible!
