I used iText Express happily for quite awhile, but I'm using Bean now, as iTE doesn't work so well in Leopard, and Bean does everything iTE does and more, and is free to boot.

What on Earth are you talking about, it doesn't work so well in Leopard?

I use it incessantly and have been on Leopard for almost a year. The only thing I noticed on upgrading to iText Pro '08 is that it ran faster and had more features.
