BusySync works well - despite Google calenders limitations.

It took sometime to work out why appt's were out of time-sync... setting the correct time-zone in Google fixed that - after this - appt's were syncing correctly time-wise.

Google doesn't list TO-DO's from iCal - and this limitation can be a let down. However, the notification features of Google are useable - not good or great(!) just useable.

For now - I am still publishing my calendar from iCal into:

http://www.icalx.com

icalx has a fairly decent calendar layout and TO-DO lists as well as forward listings are displayed.

BusySync - for those that need to use Google or local network display/access - is worth the look and the price for "a preference pane" might be a little bit too expensive - but for what it offers - it'll be okay for most people to purchase... Well done to the developer.
