This utility is pretty great, but it won't work in Eclipse 3.3.2. Worse, it prevents Eclipse from working properly and there's no way to disable the contextual menu, unless you want to uninstall CopyPaste Pro.
For me, this is a MAJOR problem.
I've notified the developer of CopyPaste Pro, but have not received a response. I suspect that 1) he's a busy guy and 2) it's a difficult problem to resolve. Eclipse does its menus differently than other "normal" applications.
I would love for CopyPaste Pro to just work in Eclipse, but short of that, I'd appreciate a way to disable it for individual applications.

Hosed in Eclipse - thebroz
I have heard from the developer, or at least one of his team. He suggested I turn off the contextual menu. When I did this, Eclipse started working properly. His suggestion was not considered a solution to the problem, but a workaround for now. That's good. I can live without the contextual menu, for now.
I'm not sure how tricky this will be to fix, but I'm certain it needs fixing. It's not just Eclipse that's affected.
