Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

Recommend Product: YES

I've been a 1Password user since the MacHeist Bundle earlier this year. Great software and superior support. I agree with remarks made here about the quick support and fast fixes. However, there is one exception: Fidelity.com. For whatever reason, 1Password just refuses to log you on to that site. You are forced to do it manually. I have posted about this in the 1Password support forum, along side others. A number of weeks have transpired since that thread was started, and a couple versions have come out since then. But still no Fidelity fix.

Great but watch out for Fidelity.com - Carl_1Passwd

The current versions of 1Password work with Fidelity.com but there is a "trick" to this.

Fidelity made some changes to their web page that automatically asterisks out part of the Customer ID/SSN field once you move to the PIN field. In order to deal with this you can manually save a new form as follows:

1. Type in the PIN first
2. Type in the Customer ID and leave the cursor in that field (nothing should be changed to asterisks at this point)
3. Click on the 1Password icon
4. Select Save Form
5. Give it name/description or use the default

1Password should now restore this form correctly.

Thanks

I agree. Fidelity is broken. However, if you turn off automatic login, 1Password will still enter the password. Then you must select the logon button. Fidelity is not the only site that will not accept the automatic login.
