I have been using RapidWeaver for almost a year and find the program to be in the sweet spot of web design: much more powerful than iWeb (and adheres to web standards-unlike iWeb), and not as daunting as Dreamweaver. I appears that a vast majority of Mac produced Web 2.0 sites are created in RapidWeaver.
I have not had any problems publishing with the new version. The new interface is gorgeous. It is a great example of using what Leopard has to offer, with its core graphics and core animation.
RapidWeaver
Simple and themeable site publishing app.
