Will not restart Macbook Pro

Feedback Type:  Review

Contributed by: satcomer Saturday, May 31 2008 @ 07:33 AM PDT

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: NO

This is the first version of the software where it crashed when it completes the routine instead of restarting. It then asked me to send crash information to Apple. When I went to the Yasu forums the page kept giving me 404 not found. What is going on with the developer?

Will not restart Macbook Pro - jim.mitchell

You didn't try very hard to get ahold of me. There is a contact form on my site, and I usually answer within a day if I can. In fact, I've already contacted you based on the comment you left on my site (which didn't give me much to go on, by the way).

I don't understand why you felt you had to give a negative review here. You could have at least given me a day to respond before doing so. Remember, software developers (even small timers like me) have a life too...

The developer contacted me and fixed the issue. If I could go back and fix my previous comment I would. Yasu is still a great maintenance program that is simple and effective.

Actually, you if I recall correctly you can delete your earlier comment. Why not give it a try?

Will not restart Macbook Pro - artie505

For some dumb-ass reason which I've never understood, VT, as one of its "improvements," has deprived us of our ability to edit posts.

Is anybody with a brain reading this???
