I use to be a big supporter of DL but development seemed to slow to a crawl. Checking out the new version you guys obviously read comics in trade paperback form but what about individual issue input? Is it even feasible?
I think the addition of categories like "tools, toys and clothes" is unnecessary for this type of application. I would have preferred keeping it to media and less "stuff in my garage."

I'd be happy just to be able to scan in current comics with bar codes.Tuesday, May 27 2008 @ 02:03 PM PDT

I would think comics would be difficult since there really isn't an authoritative online database of single issues. While most comics are barcoded in this day and age, think about the ones from 15+ years ago that aren't.As for the other items: I'll be useful for me because of the fact that I want an inventory of things in my house. I've never gone through a house fire, but my wife has, and I have to assume that having a good list of those higher-ticket items is a good thing, yes?
