After I installed this, all EXE files on my mac were set to open in this.

Previously, they were set to open in WINE.

Takes over all EXE files - Janna_Eltima

This means that your OS automatically used WINE to open all EXE files, because nothing else was installed at your Mac. After you have installed SWF & FLV Player, your OS started using it as a default player. In order to set EXE files to open with WINE again, perform the following:

Find any EXE file in Finder, press Command+I, and in the window which opens in "Open With" option choose WINE and click "Change All" button.
