I have used Mac HelpMate in both the freeware mode and the paid subscription. The freeware version is on every machine own as well as at my clients as it does numerous tasks very well.

The subscription features, that allow me to connect to client's machines remotely (plus more), are an added bonus for the consultant but have little to do with the already rich feature-set everyone gets for free.

I continue to recommend the product and v2.5 is the best release yet.
