Unusable?

Feedback Type:  Review

Contributed by: janoharper Friday, May 16 2008 @ 04:31 AM PDT

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

Recommend Product: NO

Downloaded twice. There is no 'installer' in the download and no installation instructions. First I made a new folder in my Apps folder and copied everything into it. Double clicking on the Cyberduck app resulted in...NOTHING.

Then I tried copying just the Cyberduck app into my Apps and tried it again....nothing again.

Then I went to the Cyberduck forums, joined and found that several people are experiencing the same thing with Mac OS 10.4.11.

Anyone else with this problem or a solution to it?

No installer? I think you are really confused. You just download, open the disk image, and drop the application in your "applications" folder.

I used CyberDuck 3.0.1 today for several hours. No problems. None at all.

Also, why did you bother rating the application if you can't figure out how to "install" it? I'd understand if you tried for days to get this to work, but since 3.0.1 just came out I'm guessing you've gave this a shot. Seems a bit premature.

good luck and have fun.
