Existing users, 
Not only does this product suck... but after a year they charged me another $29.95. I wrote them and told them to stop. I sure hope they don't keep charging me every year!

I was looking an option for removing from youtr list rather than delete file. I tried to delete file and it deleted from my system. That was a problem. I'm also having a problem getting it to upgrade to v 4.1.. still using 4.0.. Went to your site to see if it would do any better.Victory_4_u
