Hi all,
I've been using VLC for many years, whenever I got a mainly foreign movie that needed subtitles in it, and it by and large it worked great.
However over the last year or so, the number of new subtitles that VLC will recognise is increasing to the point now that I haven't been able to get a new sub to work for the last few months.

I have tried so many different sources lately for subtitles, that I know at least ONE of them would have worked by now.

Is anyone else having this problem?
I have tried the delete preferences script to no avail.
