Hey TastyApps, why don't you tell us what is new with the latest release?? If it could be found on your web site, fine. But it is no where to be found. Such information might go a long way in helping sales for you, since maybe you guys fixed something that prevented a sale before.

Give us more info! - tasty_cust_service

:-) your wish is my command !

The new version (v2.7.0) actually has sparkle integration - aka an auto update feature. We also added support for MOV, MPG, AVI, WMV etc. you can now grab almost any type of video, including (uncompressed) streaming.

Sorry it took so long for auto update :-/

I agree - more update info needed - ActionAmerica.org

I agree. TastyApps needs to give us an idea of what features they have fixed and/or added, in the most recent update.

I downloaded an earlier trial version and found that although it was functional, it was wholly not worth even the small cost. I would like to think that in the new release, TastyApps may have added enough functionality and fixed bugs enough to make it more than worth the small cost.

However, without any new information, an older version that was worth only slightly more than the effort to download it and a new download version that only tells me that my earlier free trial has expired, I have no reason to suspect that any consequential new features have been added or that the bugs that have been fixed were significant. I don't even have their word, on their own web site that they have made any significant changes. Zero. Zilch. Nada.

VideoBox could now be the best app of its kind, ever produced for any platform. But, if the people at TastyApps don't think that their product is good enough to tell prospective customers all about how great it is or at the very least, give prospects even a crippled trial version of the update, then why should we think any better of it?

FYI, I think that my earlier trial version (long since deleted) was 2.4 or 2.5. I just deleted the downloaded version 2.7.2, that did not initialize a trial period, even with watermarks and I for one, have no plans on trying out VideoBox again, until TastyApps provides more info on what it now does better than any earlier versions.
