Even with "advanced statistical analysis," I imagine anyone's chances of winning the lottery are still incredibly small. Thus, this application is likely never going to be of any use to those who purchase it. I’m not going to call the author of this app a fraudster automatically, but I can an issue with software that produces no measurable results. Perhaps the true purpose of this program is simply to provide a false sense of hope to desperate and/or broke individuals ;)
