Support's suggestion of removing "ALL" old software is the solution to getting the current version to run correctly. BUT their suggestions didn't point to all of the old software. Look for old license .txt files.... and old GPS satellite updates. Removing these allowed the update to be applied without problem and to operate correctly. BUT you have to look for and remove any of these 'other' files for it to work.

Not for me. I reinstallled an older version and ran the update, connection still hangs. Iused AppZapper to remove the current version and installed again, still hangs. The version before 2.32 2.2? works fine.Sunday, May 25 2008 @ 03:25 AM PDT
