They don't tell you that you have to pay until after you've installed the update. If you don't, all pictures have a Watermark on them. And, it really doesn't do that much, IMHO.

Both the website and the Sparkle update feed clearly state 2.0 is not a free upgrade. You can always redownload 1.0 from the website if you did not mean to replace your old Picturesque.
