Used Product For: 1-6 months

after installing version 5600 over the older version, my machine totally crashed. I had to restart using the on-off button. after I was able to restart, I tried again to start the product and it does not work. Why the hell I installed that I do not know? My previous version was working fine. I should have waited like I often do
