There is a free and better alternative called NetFixer. The name is not great but the software works very well.

Web Snapper is the best... - tasty_cust_service

I'm the developer of Web Snapper...

Actually the application you mentioned (i just tried it out) does not even come close to Web Snapper... not multipage support, not true vector PDF's and didn't work on half the pages i tried.

Web Snapper works on pretty much everything. Of course i'm biased, but for anyone else, try it out (there is a free demo) and you will see for yourself.

As for this user - look at his posts he pretty much bad mouths everything. Now, he mentioned Web Snapper not working on his machine and wanting a cross-grade - Web Snapper has worked on Thousands of peoples Mac's (just look at 99% of these comments, and the 5 star rating, people love it... and there is nothing out there that does what it does) more then likely it's a problem with his Mac - which i offered to debug with him.

As far as me "taking the money and running" - first of all, it was $8 - woohooo i'm going to Maui ! ;-) Seriously though, the fact that i am here responding on a 3rd party forum, the same day this guy posted... shows that i care. As far as him not getting his return - i suspect an issue with Paypal... If he had only contacted me with a "hey... what's up with my return... i would have checked up on it.)

Consider yourself contacted - decadence

Oh, for the record, I've contacted the developer five times and I still don't have my refund.

Great to see you monitor the forums - it would be nice if you would take care of your customers instead.
