Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Contributed by: NO!!!!! Thursday, May 08 2008 @ 10:51 PM PDT

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

I appear to have discovered a problem when running Superduper 2.5 on a Mac Mini Intel on 10.5.2 and EIMS 3.3.7 - Every time SD runs it appears to disable the computers DNS making the computer inaccessible to the network and the internet - A most undesirable situation for a Mailserver....
System Info:2 GHz Intel Mac Min - 2 GB RAM

SuperDuper! doesn't touch active services - dnanian

We don't actually touch your services, but perhaps your DNS server has issues when your server is under heavy load due to extensive I/O?

It might be best to contact support...
