First off let's get real. If you don't have an Intel based mac, don't even bother. Second, there seem to be tons of Glitches everywhere..(hence the very long bugfix report) and at best falls very short on Tivo like features. Generally don't look to this setup to replace your DVR or Tivo box (as I did) You will find yourself very turned off by the lack of support from ElGato, and you will inevitably be returning the product (as I did). I am really looking to get rid of my Tivo, since I don't agree with subscription based services that can be handled on the hardware level. I am hoping Apple Will add DVR ability to their AppleTv. Apple are you reading? :)
