Hmm, an installer that requires my admin password? Makes me a little weary. Didn't install it because of this..

I think this is because the LAME library has to be installed.

The app is fine, it has it's glitches, but there's no need to be weary in this case. You can always explore a packages contents by right-clicking on it.

You are right though to be careful when asked for your admin password.
