I have been a fan for ages but I can not install 3.0 on my Mac - OS-X 10.4.11, MacBookPro My error message says it cannot write to my hard drive, after trying to install "Adobe Air" ? does anyone else have this problem, I created a "new user" and tried to install but I had the same error message, If anyone can suggest what could be the problem I would be very grateful, thanks. PS, I have many CS3 Applications and have run Disc Warrior/Disc Utility/Drive Genius and still no joy. I have installed other applications today (Vuescan-SketchUp & Nikon Capture NX) and they all installed fine. Thanks
System Info:10.4.11/2.33 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo/3GB Ram etc, healthy system recently checked

Trouble Installing? - milansvanderlik

Yes, I fear this is a problem affecting many users - nothing to do with the EarthBrowser 3, if some users try to install any AIR application they get following note: "Sorry, an error has occurred. The application could not be installed because the AIR file is damaged. Try obtaining a new AIR file from the application author." There are many theories, but to date no explanation . I only know that on 2 Mac's which have CS3 Designer Premium Production Suite loaded - the AIR does not work . My 3rd Mac , without it, is OK. Theory that users of Beta AIR is not right - I never install Beta software.

I spent 2 days working on this problem - without any results. Adobe needs to step in.

Have a look on following link too - you are not alone:
