I guess it depends on whether or not you consider "offshore" the real world. I don't think they employ anyone here anymore, which could explain the getting-lousier-by-the-build-number policy. It's been my experience that "offshore" is not only unable to think out of the box, but can't connect with the culture it's supposed to be serving in a meaningful way, either. I mean, God forbid AOL should consider input from its long-term client base and retain its unique strong points, e.g., chat rooms. No, it's much better to have change for its own sake.
