Does it work?

Feedback Type:  Review

Contributed by: rubecube Monday, May 05 2008 @ 09:58 AM PDT

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

I've tried to change permissions to a few folders, with absolutely no success. Everything stays the same in all of those folders.

I'm surprised because I've used BatChmod for a long time... any idea?

Macpro, OS 10.5.2

Once you make the changes, rag the folder/file back into the BatChmod window to make sure the changes have worked. Perhaps it is the Finder which is not updating itself. Try Relaunching the Finder to see if it helps.

No way: I've relaunched the Finder and checked the folders again before and after that... no permission has been changed.
Very weird!
And more: every time I close the window, it crashes and I got the warning "the application has unexpectedly quit"...

The info says "BatChmod version 1.38 (1.5)" ...is it the correct one?

Wrong file was posted. 1.51 should work for you now. Sorry about that.
