I've posted a bug report but this does not work for my average G4 setup, running 10.4.11. It just sits there, taking up CPU cycles . . .

Not Tiger Only. Leopard too!And number abbreviations... naaahhhh. It works yes, but that's not a solution if they promote the app with easy abbreviations like AAweb. What now??? 0012?? Try and type phonenumbers see how often RapidoWrite comes up now...

Same here. Posted bug report. I get the answer... On all our machines it is fixed.Well obviously not... You know the weirdest is.. If you now go back to 3.0.1 and before... You can't get them running either!!!!
So 3.0.2 messed up something that is permanent! Nice going..
Hint... Although their support is very good and they try.. it's freeware... you have to give the developers credit for that. But they won't make it a priority.
I type too much to wait for them... Typit4me helps me now
