Just had to add, that after the last post, I downloaded a fresh copy of ScanWizard Pro 7.60 - and experienced very different results. This time the software crashes upon launching - period. Can't get it to even go past the startup screen (after deleting ALL prefs and user files the Uninstaller left in Libraries.
