If you have a corporate account (all 2 of you Mac OS X Microsoft Corporate Exchange server users out there), you'll get video chat (yeah, corporate executives spend TONS of time chatting on MSN with webcams...) Regular account holders get a new icon...

Screw this app, dl the free aMSN which HAS video support and works fine.
