I've been testing the AOL Beta each time it comes out. All the main features that users want--including myself, like chatrooms, etc are still missing. As a email client, it functions, but webmail is far superior.
VERY disappointing indeed. AOL would do itself a favor if it just updated the original client.

Not listening to customers - bdkennedy1
It's a simple case of AOL not listening to its users. If they had, there wouldn't be so little features and all these people on this site complaining.AOL makes the software and you're going to use it how they say you will. Chatrooms? We say you don't need chatrooms anymore. Keywords? Nope.
I agree with the other comment that they should have just fixed the old version.
