This update installed without issue for me, and seems to be working fine. I have not experienced the issues that other users seem to be experiencing.

I, too, am outraged and incredibly angry over the fact that I paid for the Nighthawk upgrade over 1 year ago, and STILL have not seen anything besides vaporware, endless delays, insufficient status updates, and generally just more bullsh*t and excuses.

However, I am still willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, as there really isn't a comparable alternative to this in the mac market, and as far as I can tell from the forums, it looks like they are quite close to finally releasing this. I have used NUTD since system 7.

I only hope that Nighthawk will finally get released within the next month or so. If not, then sadly, I too will have to abandon this desperately struggling ship of a company for either Daylight, or iCal, and at that point, I will not look back.
