A while back I had contacted Ed about VueScan not working with my HP DeskJet F4180. He got right back to me but with each update, a fix for my scanner was never mentioned. I had just about given up hope when out of the blue, he emailed me and within a matter of a few hours we worked together and the problem was solved. This guy must be barraged with questions and issues from a lot of people and if you don't hear right back from Ede, BE PATIENT. When he focuses on your particular issue, he will get it solved.
