Options in preference pane missing

This morning I downloaded and installed MailFX. I also repaired permissions. The Preference Pane is present but there are no options listed to select from (unlike in the image of the preference pane on the webpage). Under the sounds drop down menu, there are only two: item2 and item3. Selecting either does nothing and no sound is produced when the test button is clicked.
System Info:Mac OS 10.5.2 G5 iMac PPC

Thanks for this help. I checked for those folders and they are there but empty. I reinstalled the application but still the same problem. I did an uninstall and downloaded the application again and reinstalled. Still the same problem. Any more ideas?Sunday, April 20 2008 @ 01:34 PM PDT

installation failed ?look at YourHomeFolder/Library/Application Support/
you must have a "MailFX" Folder and inside, "Animation" and "Sound" folders with files inside.
If it's not the case try to reinstall MailFX
