This is great plugin. However after buying new iMac I can't register it anymore.
When I install plugin to my new machine it works fine, but when I try to register it I always get an error Registration unsuccessful. I've tried copy/paste and manual input.

I wrote to support email, but there is no answer.
I am using Safari 3.1 (but I've tried in Safari 3.0.3; same result - Registration unsuccessful)

Does anybody have an Idea how to solve this error. Maybe I should buy a new registration code, but I am not sure if new number will work.

It is hard to be without this great plugin.

I can’t even access their (BTI Software) website. I’ve been a registered user for quite some time now, but my upgrade to a MacBook Pro has left me without so much as the _ability_ to make Concierge fully functional.

Anyone have a workaround for already-registered users? News about BTI and their website?
