Running the 3.4.3 package does not update an existing Xupport 3.4.2.
Uninstalling an existing 3.4.2, and running the 3.4.3 package does not install Xupport at all, there is no Xupport anywhere.
I am registered user of Xupport 3, and I have been using it since iMay 2003.

Same here. I tried the Utilities folder, where Xupport 3.4.2 resides; installation had zero effect. Tried the Applications folder, the same.

Something's wrong here.
